BEHAVIOR. ANY MATERIAL OF THIS NATURE SUBMITTED WILL BE SENT TO
INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES AND REMOVED FROM

(B) WHAT WE WILL PUBLISH ON THIS SITE AND YOUR OBLIGATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
4. We will accept material that contains suitable adult content as
described below but will only publish such material at our
discretion and in accordance with these conditions.
5. You should see it as your responsibility to ensure that it is
legal in your place of residence or place of use to submit adult
material to us for publication on this site.
6. Submissions may contain a
series of no more than 10 pictures. If it is intended that pictures
in the series should be viewed in a particular order, then the
submission should include numbering on each picture i.e. 1, 2, 3 to
indicate the order in which the pictures should be viewed.
7. All material submitted must be original material for which you
own or are licensed to use the copyright and must only contain
images of amateur models and subjects. No unoriginal, unauthorized
material or material containing professional models and actors must
be submitted.
8. All material submitted must not include any means of
identification of the subject, yourself or any other person in the
material intended for publication. No names, addresses, telephone
numbers, email addresses or URLs should be included in or visible in
any such material submitted.
9. Where the submission of materials is in response to any
promotion or competition on meoland.com, the terms and
conditions of that promotion and competition shall also apply to
your submission.
C. LICENSE TO USE MATERIALS
10. You agree in submitting any material to us, that you grant to us
a royalty free, perpetual, world-wide license to view, assess, edit,
on-forward, store, delete, use, modify or publish the material on
this site or any related site or equipment operated by us and remove
any material submitted by you from publication on this site as we
may determine. You also agree to grant us a license to use, adapt
and modify any comments included with any graphical or other
materials submitted by you.
11. You agree that we may at our discretion and without any further
consultation or permission from you, do all or any of the things
stated above.
D. WARRANTIES, INDEMNITIES AND LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL SUBMITTED OR
PUBLISHED
12. By submitting material to MEOLAND.com you warrant that you
are:
over 18 years of age;
the lawful owner or licensee in the copyright of the material;
authorized under the laws of your place of residence or place of
submission to provide the material to us;
authorized to use and submit the material for public display on this
site.
13. You also warrant that:
the persons depicted in the material submitted by you are over the
age of 18 years;
the persons depicted in the material submitted by you are not
represented to be under 18 years of age;
the persons depicted in the material submitted by you have legal
capacity and have consented to your submission of the material to
us;
the material submitted by you does not or will not contain images of
child pornography, extreme fetish behavior, sadomasochism,
bestiality, crime or other violence and illegal behavior; and
all submissions for this site by you are made from your authorized
and personal email address.
14. You agree to indemnify the operators, employees, contractors and
agents of meoland.com against all loss, actions, proceedings,
costs, expenses (including legal fees), claims and damages arising
from:
any breach of warranty by you as referred to above,
any action, proceedings, loss or damage to you as a result of your
submission to this site; and
any action, proceedings, loss or damage to you as a result of your
use of this site.
15. THE OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS OF
MEOLAND.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY TO YOU OR ANY
THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, HOWSOEVER ARISING (WHETHER IN
NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MATERIALS
SUBMITTED BY YOU AND PUBLISHED ON THIS SITE INCLUDING ANY ERRORS OR
OMISSIONS OR CORRUPTION OF ANY MATERIALS EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY MAY
NOT BE EXCLUDED BY LEGISLATION.
